Due to the nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Because many of our items are made-to-order, custom, or digital, we do not offer a standard 30-day return policy.
Eligible Returns (Physical, Non-Custom Items Only)
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery only if:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags and packaging are intact

The item is not custom, personalized, print-on-demand, DTF transfer, digital, or final sale
Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Due to production and hygiene standards, these items cannot be resold once delivered.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
DTF Transfer Disclaimer
DTF transfers require proper heat-press application.
A MOM CREATING is not responsible for:

Application errors

Incorrect temperature, pressure, or peeling method

Fabric incompatibility
DTF transfers are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
European Union Customers
At this time, A MOM CREATING does not ship to the European Union.
If EU shipping becomes available in the future, applicable cooling-off period laws will be honored as required.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
